It was already the 16th of November at 12 pm at noon, and we were getting ready to join in. During that time, I was at the Cempaka’s café because my class until 12 pm. We use Google Class Room platform for meeting. This task is for our subject, PPD1014; one of our task was to meet our AA. For my undergraduate study at UNIMAS, my AA is Mdm Ross Azura Binti Zahit. Before the meeting, I emailed her to see if she was available, which was the 16 of November 2022. I emailed to Mdm Ross Azura binti Zahit on 11 of November 2022. She then replied on 15 of November 2022, she asked to make group chat for all students that were to advised by her, and she also agree with the time that we set.

Moreover, we did not do much activity with Mdm Ross due to her unavailability at UNIMAS. during meeting, we did an Ice-breaking session with all students under her care. I am friends with some of the students under her supervision, such as Chrysto Vetoel Rimin, Maansi and Devlin; some of my classmates and groupmates. It was still great to know other students also same faculty which is science cognitive. Other students also majoring in the same major, psychology.

After the ice-breaking session ended, she began to show us how she could see our performance, including during class and what our marks were. During the Q&A session, I asked how we print our examination slips to start our examShe stated that to get the examination slip; we must first fully pay our university fee; after that, we must meet our academic advisor, and the last one is that we must not disobey any UNIMAS rules.

 She was very friendly and gave us a lot of insight into being an academic advisor. I’m shy in meeting with Mdm Ross Azura. She always give words of encouragement in meeting.

Overall, my meeting with her went very well. She explained everything very well. I am looking forward to seeking her guidance whenever I feel troubled.
